How do I download books to my Kindle?

Connect the Kindle to your computer's USB port. Your Kindle will show up as a new drive on your computer. If your Kindle has a Memory Card your computer will display two new drives. Simply drag and drop the ebook file into the Documents Folder of the new drive created by your computer.

How do I restart my Kindle?

Press and hold the power button on your Kindle for 20 seconds. When you release the button your Kindle will restart. Kindle Fire users must slide and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then press the power button. If this does not work make sure your Kindle is charged.
